Trafalgar Out of School Care Society is non-profit, parent-run childcare centre providing inclusive care to children registered in Trafalgar Elementary School. Our current licensed capacity is 90 children. Additionally we operate a four hour preschool program and a three hour occasional care program. We are a unionised working environment and are proud to announce we meet or exceed all licensing standards.

Our bright and spacious facility incudes three dynamic programs lead by a qualified team of caring and enthusiastic individuals, who work towards ensuring each child is valued, safe and supported.

In each of our programs the children have opportunities to develop life skills, build positive social values and establish respectful relationships with peers and the centre staff. The programs support children in various areas of development, provide fun social and learning opportunities and for our before and after school care children, include a variety of external activities. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive, feel happy and comfortable. The children explore the outdoor playground, as well as the neighbourhood and city. The program offers children a chance to provide input and feedback in the planning of activities and events. While the schedules are flexible, some activities such as snack times are typically enjoyed at the same time each day.
